INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of pure pumpkin puree (about half of a 16-ounce can)

- 4 tablespoons of monk fruit sweetener
- Pinch of salt

Lately, we’ve been seeing many biochemists, registered dietitians, and even gastroenterologists referring to our gut as our “second brain”.
