INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- ½ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pistachios)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Rinse the berries and slice the strawberries.
- Mix the chia seeds, Ceylon cinnamon, and almond milk in a small bowl and stir well. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes, until the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid and the mixture has thickened.
- In a separate bowl, combine the mixed nuts and berries.
- Pour the chia seed mixture over the berry and nut mixture and stir gently to combine.
- Drizzle honey over the top, if desired.
- Enjoy your antioxidant-rich breakfast bowl!
