INGREDIENTS:
FOR SWEET CARROT CHIPS --
- 3 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 Tablespoon melted coconut oil
- pinch salt
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon raw brown sugar
FOR SPICY CARROT CHIPS --
- 3 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 Tablespoon melted coconut oil
- pinch of kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine carrots in bowl with coconut oil & spices. Toss well to coat.
- Transfer to the baking sheet and arrange in a single layer.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and enjoy!
