INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Cup Fresh Strawberries
- 1 Cup Fresh Raspberries
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Milk of Choice
- 1 TBSP Raw Honey
- 2 Scoops collagen peptides
- 2 TBSP gelatin (preferably grass-fed)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Put berries and milk into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Add the berry puree and the remaining ingredients to a stock-pot over low/medium heat and whisk well. Heat until the mixture is clump-free.
Remove from heat and carefully pour into mini silicone molds (You can find online super easy. Pick any shape you like).
Place in the fridge to set for about an hour before removing the gummies from the molds.
Store in a sealed glass container in the fridge.
