Sweet or Savory Carrot Chips

INGREDIENTS:

FOR SWEET CARROT CHIPS --

  • 3 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • pinch salt
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon raw brown sugar

FOR SPICY CARROT CHIPS --

  • 3 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • pinch of kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine carrots in bowl with coconut oil & spices. Toss well to coat.
  3. Transfer to the baking sheet and arrange in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and enjoy!
