Super Grain Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the cooked quinoa and almond milk together.
  2. Top the quinoa mixture with the mixed berries, chia seeds, and hemp seeds.
  3. Drizzle the almond butter and honey on top of the bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the bowl.
