PITAYA SMOOTHIE BOWL
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein (You guys know I use Alaya Naturals grass fed grass finished whey with BCAA’s)
- ½ frozen banana, sliced
- ¼ cup organic yogurt of choice (almond, coconut, regular)
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- ½ 3.5 oz packet frozen pitaya (find it in the freezer aisle next to acai)
Toppings:
- Fruit of choice (I like mixed berries, cherries or kiwi)
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. cacao nibs
DIRECTIONS:
- Blend all smoothie ingredients until smooth.
- Add toppings and enjoy!
PIÑA COLADA SMOOTHIE BOWL
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein (I prefer Alaya Naturals grass fed grass finished whey with BCAA’s)
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- ½ cup coconut milk unsweetened
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes
Toppings:
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/3 sliced banana (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Blend all of the ingredients until smooth.
- Add Toppings.
SPIRULINA SUPERFOOD SMOOTHIE BOWL
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein (I prefer Alaya Naturals grass fed grass finished whey with BCAA’s)
- 1 scoop Alaya Naturals Greens Super Blend
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 ripe mango
Toppings:
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1 Tbsp. cacao nibs
DIRECTIONS:
- Blend all smoothie ingredients until smooth.
- Add toppings and enjoy!
