INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (unsweetened, canned or homemade)
  • 1 ripe banana (for natural sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional, depending on sweetness preference)
  • A handful of ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS:
