INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup unsweetened milk of choice
- 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 Tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1/5 scoop Alaya Naturals Vanilla Collagen
- 2 Tablespoons canned pumpkin
- 1 Tablespoon almond butter
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- handful of pecans (optional)
- pinch of coconut flakes (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add milk, chia seeds and flax to a mason jar. Shake well and let sit overnight.
- Combine chia and flax mixture with other ingredients in saucepan.
- Stir over low heat until warm and fully mixed.
- Put back in mason jar and chill again for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve! Optional to top with pecans and coconut flakes for extra crunch.
