SERVES 2
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice
- ΒΌ cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 serving protein powder of choice (I like Alaya Naturals Grass Fed Vanilla Whey with Branched Chain Aminos)
- For topping: fresh fruit of choice, granola, raw cacao nibs, nut butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk well. Pour into two mason jars and place in fridge overnight.
- Before serving, top with desired toppings and enjoy!
