INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 english cucumber
- 1 cup pineapple, chopped
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup coconut water or regular water
DIRECTIONS:
- Process all the produce in a blender or juicer.
- Add in spices.
- Add to a glass and drink immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
