Blondie Brownies

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • ½ Tbsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • One 13.5-ounce can cannellini beans, rinsed and dried
  • 4 Tbsp unsalted grass-fed butter, melted
  • ½ cup walnuts, crushed
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 325° F.
  2. Place all ingredients except walnuts and chocolate chips in blender or food processor and process until smooth. 
  3. Add in chocolate chips and walnuts.
  4. Pour mixture into an 8 x 8 pan.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove. Let cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
