INGREDIENTS:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- ½ Tbsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- One 13.5-ounce can cannellini beans, rinsed and dried
- 4 Tbsp unsalted grass-fed butter, melted
- ½ cup walnuts, crushed
- ½ cup dark chocolate chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 325° F.
- Place all ingredients except walnuts and chocolate chips in blender or food processor and process until smooth.
- Add in chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Pour mixture into an 8 x 8 pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove. Let cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
