INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the rolled oats and almond flour to the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
- Using a spoon, drop the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small cookies.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
