Makes 3 servings
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 large apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 tsp coconut oil, melted
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- Coconut oil spray
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease large baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Place all ingredients in bowl and toss.
- Place the apples on the baking sheet and cook for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Enjoy! (you can even add to oatmeal or yogurt for breakfast or snack)
