INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Cup Fresh Strawberries
- 1 Cup Fresh Raspberries
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Milk of Choice
- 1 TBSP Raw Honey
- 2 Scoops collagen peptides
- 2 TBSP gelatin (preferably grass-fed)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Put berries and milk into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 baseball-sized red beet (about 6 ounces), scrubbed
- 1 15½-ounce can chickpeas, rinsed, drained
- ⅓ cup tahini, well mixed
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup Goat Cheese
- 1 garlic clove, finely grated or smashed to a paste with flat side of knife on cutting board
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 10 cranks freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon ground coriander

- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup of ice
- 1 kiwi or 1 cup chopped mango
- 1 tsp bee pollen (optional)
- 2 Kale leaves, raw
- 1 cup spinach, raw
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 tsp matcha, powdered green tea
- 1 cup coconut water
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
