The Health Risks Of Drinking Too Much Water

Water is excellent for your overall health as hydration plays a critical role in everything from metabolism to immunity. But… can you drink too much of it? Surprisingly the answer is yes. Overhydration / drinking A LOT of water can create an electrolyte imbalance that can create of host of issues like headaches, fatigue, muscle spasms, nausea, and confusion or a feeling of being disoriented.

Pumpkin Pie Porridge

  • 3 ½ cups water
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

  • 1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

FOR SWEET CARROT CHIPS --

  • 3 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • pinch salt
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon raw brown sugar

FOR SPICY CARROT CHIPS --

  • 3 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • pinch of kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
